Bacco honey with pistachio nuts.
Honey made from orange blossom tree (zagara) grown on slopes of Mount Etna of Sicily, artisan made and preserved in a lovely Sicilian glass amphora. The unique characteristic of this honey is its calming and cleansing properties.
The pistachio nuts are also grown on the slopes of Mount Etna.
Can be used on mature cheeses such as Parmesan or Pecorino, but also makes a flavoursome breakfast, can be put on porridge, toast, and yoghurt.
