• We only deliver to addresses within the UK, mainland only.
  • Delivery will be made within 4 working days from the date that order confirmation and payment is cleared and items are despatched.
  • We only despatch orders on a Monday to Thursday, orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed and despatched on a Monday (this does not include bank holidays or public holidays).
  • Orders placed will be processed and despatched the next working day subject to order confirmation and payment clearance.

  • Once your order has been despatched, we will email you with a tracking number, so you can view the progress of your parcel online.
  • Please provide a telephone number during your checkout process, so if there are any issues with your parcel in transit our courier can contact you.
  • Our courier will require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to be present you can have the option to leave it with a neighbour. Unfortunately having an order “left in a safe place” is not possible as we need a signature.
  • If you are not able to sign for your order, our courier will leave a calling card and deliver your parcel to your local depot or post office, where you have up to 16 days to collect it.
